UNCIVILIZED WAR

I kept thinking where the hell was Thor and Hulk in this Avenger film.

Civil War really felt like an Avenger movie and I got it actually confused with the Avenger franchise. Winter soldier was much better than Civil War. My problem with franchises like Marvel and DC comics is that usually after several sequels the films become more about managing the brand rather than story line.

The story begins smack bang in the middle of some mission that will be later on the bigger part of the story.

How did Captain America even know about Stark's parents’ death? Surely, Tony would have known before Steve. Civil War reminded me much like Batman V Superman so many characters, so many

story lines.

I think Batman V Superman was much better than Civil War.

If only they could stick to one character's story like Captain America himself. I mean the film is Captain America: Civil War. There were too many characters to follow. I really liked the new guy on the block, Black Panther. But felt they pushed him into the film and not developed his story better.

A German villain, as usual.

I realized that the actual villain is an ordinary German dude. No powers, no suit or no scientist just an evil German guy from Inglorious Basterds. Helmut Zemos, is so ordinary that he actually becomes an afterthought later on in the film. Also, the very first villain to kill himself.

I wanted to a gun to my head as well.

Yes, the action was great. All the fights scenes were good. But that is what it all comes down to with these action heroes story. Not that its bad.

I have to say I got quite bored after a while because we have seen so many fights and it’s not like we haven't seen the avengers fight among themselves.

Hulk and Thor in the woods. The Avengers Vs Avengers is not something new but recycled just with some new additional characters and serious bromance.

Film kept on by a thread with quirky humour and deadly sarcasm. Thank you, Spider-boy I mean Spider-man and Ant-man.

But now I much prefer dark DC Batman V Superman than Civil War because this film was really civilized.

Batman V Superman had some serious tension. Yes, and so did Tony and Steve. Yes, there’s felt more deadly but for me it just felt two kid brothers fighting against each other with participants who really have nothing else to do.

If you don’t believe me then why did Clint come back after retirement. He probably really had nothing else to do.

I know this blog seems all over the place and that is exactly what I felt about the action sequences.

ALL OVER THE PLACES!

The Scripture says.
